1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and raja07 ("the Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your access to and use of the raja07 website located at raja07.lat and all related services, products, and features made available thereon (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on raja07, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To use the raja07 Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service. This age requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal where you reside.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of raja07, or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, software providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or self-excluded from raja07 or any related platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

raja07 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage of your registration or account history. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of raja07, you must create a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any of it change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on raja07. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify raja07 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• raja07 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

raja07 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

raja07 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Available methods may change at any time without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your gaming wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. raja07 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. raja07 targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts, though actual transfer times depend on your payment provider. raja07 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Players may not withdraw funds that represent an uncompleted bonus wagering requirement.
• raja07 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All withdrawal requests are irrevocable once submitted and approved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

raja07 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion on the platform. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General principles applicable to all bonuses on raja07:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion. Contributions from different game categories (slots, live dealer, sports betting) may vary.
• raja07 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except upon satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software to exploit promotions will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method.

6 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on raja07 — whether on sports markets (PBA, NBA, UFC, football, boxing), live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot machines, bingo, or specialty games (Bombing Fishing, Limbo) — are subject to the game rules published in each respective game interface or sports betting section.

• Bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and any published limits. raja07 may restrict maximum stake sizes at its discretion.
• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation or modification of accepted bets is permitted except in circumstances where raja07 voids a market (e.g., event cancellation, technical error).
• In the event of a palpable error — including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds or pricing — raja07 reserves the right to void affected bets and restate the correct terms.
• raja07 is not responsible for interruptions to the Service caused by factors outside our control, including network issues, server maintenance, or force majeure events. Interrupted game rounds will be settled in accordance with our technical recovery procedures.
• Any winnings arising from bets placed in violation of these Terms may be voided and reclaimed by raja07.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on raja07 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. You are obligated to report any such issues to raja07 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or tournament formats.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication directed at raja07 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the raja07 platform or its software.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the raja07 platform — including but not limited to the raja07 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of raja07 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of raja07.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

raja07 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us.

10 Responsible Gaming

raja07 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. We provide a range of self-management tools designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja07, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

raja07's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your raja07 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raja07 makes no warranty of any kind — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Service.

12 Termination & Suspension

raja07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time, including — but not limited to — circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirement, or commercial risk assessment.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to an outstanding bonus wagering requirement) will be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and confirmation that no breaches of these Terms have occurred.

You may close your account at any time by contacting raja07 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued under these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact raja07 support in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for us to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
